Bay City already has most everything it needs to become the city it should be — it just needs a coherent positive vision for its future. A community-wide optimistic vision is necessarily built person by person. The quality of our relationships determines our quality of life individually and collectively. In the Front Porch Renaissance Group's community development projects, we create opportunities for neighbors to discover one another and to build relationships, a vision and a culture of engagement.
